Responsibilities include Employee Recruitment and On-Boarding; Employee Compensation and Benefits; Employee Relations, Training, and Development including the Employee Excellence Award Program; Labor Relations and Collective Bargaining Agreements; Labor Law Compliance; and Policy and Procedure Administration.
